Question: Sleep Aid - Over The Counter?I haven't been sleeping at all well lately so I tried Melatonin. That didn't do much. My DR suggested I take Benedryl at night and that doesn't help either. I need some sleep. Can anyone recommend a OTC Sleep Aid?
Answer: Walmart and Dollar General sell a sleep aid that have benedryl plus another ingredient. It is simply labelled "Sleep Aid". Did you take one or two benedryl's? Usually it takes two to help you sleep. I've tried Melatonin and it did not work.try, SIMPLY SLEEP. you can get it at any drug store, its very gentle and is non-addictive, and u sleep for a full 7-8 hours, without feeling drowsy the next day. i used to use it all the time, until i got into a better sleeping habit. also, u could try some marijuana
