Question: About insomnia....?I have the worst case of insomnia I ever heard of. It's been going on for a couple years, now, but lately it's been getting worse (the basic cause is Clinical Depression, for which I'm being treated).The question is: is it safe to take two Somniex, instead of the recommended one? One does absolutely nothing at all.I'd kill for a good night's sleep
Answer: I have chonic insomnia myself and understand what you are going thru.Perhaps you should talk to your doctor of Pharmacist.Somneix does absolutly nothing for me, but Ambien works nicely. Problem is Ambien your body get's used quite quickly. Whilst I was in living in New Zealand they gave me (what is called here in america) Lunesta.. That actually worked well too, except for a nasty taste it gives you.If you are really wanting Somniex either check www.webmd.com or call wallgreens and ask the pharmicist (i've done that more than once
