Best Sleeping Pill

Question: If you have problems sleeping, is a sleeping pill the best answer?Always, thinking, itching, and throwing thoughts off a cliff....Constsantly shifting positions because you're uncomfortable.Should you get a sleeping pill or a med, or is there a home-remedy? .



Answer: Sleeping pills are ok in moderation.Other alternatives:* No caffiene after 3pm* Eat your dinner 2-3 hours before you go to bed.* Go for a walk/run after/before dinner - you will be exhausted* Never read in bed - should only be in bed when you are ready to sleep.* Lavender drops on your pillow will also help.
