Question: Curing Insomnia...?I haven't been able to sleep at all lately because I always feel like someones watching me or sometimes i just lie perfectly still for hours..... I I tried that whole drinking milk thing and it doesn't work(For me anyways)... I have tried counting sheep and i always get to 421 before i get bored and get back up... going to start school again, so i have to start fixing my sleeping schedule, can you please help me?
Answer: I've found some easy home treatments:- Don't drink alcohol or caffeine for a few hours before you try to sleep.- Do some exercise during the day, which uses up some energy you might still have when you try to sleep, but don't exercise near bed time.- Don't stay in bed longer than 8 hours, and try to avoid naps.- Keep your bedroom quiet, dark, and cool. Try using a sleep mask and earplugs to help you sleep.- Try to keep your room quiet when you sleep. A sudden noise can wake you up.- Use the evening hours for settling down, and avoid challenging activities in the hours before bedtime.
