Question: Insomnia????Does anyone know of any good ways to get rid of it without medication? SHould I try the Insomnia Cookies Ithaca?
Answer: Close your eyes and count backwards from 500 down to 1. As you are doing each number, slowly trace the shape of the number on the insides of your eyelids with your eyeball. Do not worry if your mind wanders a bit at first. Eventually the counting will help to clear out the racing thoughts and the eyeball movement will make your eyes really tired.You cant get rid of insomnia at all. the best way is to let it run its course the more you worry about it the worse it will get. there is a muscle relax herbal supplement called Valerian, it will help the brain relax a little. but it doesnt do that much. My advice is stay up while you have it and sleep when you can and dont stress about it. I have it bad too. its frustrating, so i sympathise with you.
