Question: Insomnia...?Is there anything I could do that would help me sleep. Im 17, and it's really starting to affect me. I know I should see a doctor, but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do? I exercise for two hours a day, so I should sleep easily.



Answer: If you have a TV in your room I use to put on like a really boring channel like the NASA channel or something and it would put me right to sleep lolbut seriously I have Bipolar Disorder and I DO get Insomniawhat I do is. make a big list of things to doa list that is unrealisticly long and just go down the list eventually i get tired and go to sleep
