Question: Halloween season= toothaches = insomnia= help!?I have seen this post a few times recently and I just wanted to let everyone know I am too going through major tooth pains, they have never ached like this but i guess all those sweets from halloween have caught up to me and now its almost 4am and i cant sleep. i took everyones advice and took some asprin, and a dab of whiskey which i hope make me fall asleep easier i even tried the salt thing now i just have to wait a few more hours so i can call my dentist and relieve this pain but i wanted to know if there was anything else i could take ....i plan on buying some abesol or whatever as soon as the drugstore opens i really hate pain and this is killing me man especially da fact i prob gotta have a root canal.
Answer: Bite onto a clove or two on the area of the toothache, and try sleeping with that. Don't think about the pain. Just concentrate on how tired you are of having this pain.If you don't have cloves, apply some salt on the affected tooth and gums. Again, just don't think of the pain. Just concentrate on how heavy your legs and head feel. It will also help to know that you are doing something about the toothache (both salt and cloves kill the germs and numb the place for a while!).
