Question: Insomnia?? How do i get rid of it??? What are some natural ways?Natural ways to help insomnia? Please answer
Answer: A few things you can try:1. Reflexology. You can learn to give your hands a relaxing rub, I've used it for anxiety and it's very calming. check your local bookstore for how to do it.2. Get an eyepillow filled with lavender. You might not sleep with it on, but wear it for at least 15-20 min. Lie flat on your back and try to touch the bed with as much of your body as you can.3. If you have a million things on your mind, write down everything that needs to be done in a dayplanner/todo list so you dont worry about forgetting things.
