Question: Answer for the following symptoms: Vertigo, Insomnia, slight ear ache and pressure?I have the following symptoms:I had vertigo a few days ago with a slight ache and pressure in the ears. It felt as if it were blocked. It's lessened and I no longer feel severe vertigo (dizziness), but I still have a headache (not a migraine though). To make it worse...I'm fighting off insomnia...I can't fall asleep and when I do i wake up half an hour later feeling like i was just on the verge of sleep but can't quite fall into a deep sleep. I went to the doctor, but all he said was..."I'm not sure what you have. You don't have an ear infection. You don't seem like you have a virus. It could be BPPV or something else. Let's wait two weeks and we'll go from there." I've waited a week and it's become a pain in the butt. Has anyone felt this before?
Answer: I often go through the same symptoms, with the same results from the doctor. They never actually diagnosed anything, but after like 2 years with no change, I switched to a new job and the symptons started to lessen. I still feel it every once in a while, but nothing like before. Try keeping your stress levels down, the doctors now believe I was suffering from severe distress in my old job, which manifested itself in some very annoying physical ailments.
