Answer: My doctor gave me some samples and at first I didn't think it was effective at all.I took one (3 mg) and didn't get drowsy at ALL....but I was up walking around, sitting up watching TV and moving around.But the second I went horizontal it was like someone flipped the off switch.It's quite effective if you just lay down and close your eyes....but if something stirs you the good thing about it is that it doesn't make you groggy, drunk or hung over after taking it. Even if something wakes you two hours after you go to sleep, you can jump right up.So I would say yes...it works well...but only if you lay down and close your eyes after you take it.
