Natural Remedies For Insomnia

Question: Natural remedies for insomnia?Can any one suggest something that will help NATURALLY with sleep...I sleep for maybe 15 minutes out of each hour a night. (I've tried teas and meditiation, I've adjust my home tempreature.....I just can't get sleep.Could it be I do too much cardio when I work out....I do about 2 hours a day. (I also do a total body weight training every other day.)



Answer: It could be the exercise depending on when you do it. How long before you go to sleep do you do your exercise? Drinking tea does not really help, because they actually contain some caffeine. Here are a few things you can try. Eat grapes before bed. Grapes really help people go to sleep. Limit your caffine intake i.e pop, soda, or whatever you call it. If you have trouble going to sleep, try counting 1-1000 you should fall asleep somewhere between 100-300. If that does not work then imagine sheep chewing and chewing and chewing as this will bore your mind and you will fall asleep.
