Question: Problems sleeping?i go to sleep at 7 or 8 something PM and then wake up at 1 or 2 something in the morning. in the morning, i wake up really early (around 10ish) and then try to go back to sleep but i can't. everytime i wake up, i get more tired no matter what time i go to sleep.



Answer: you may not appreiate my answer, but it's a good one! b4 you go to bed, try meditation. i know that might sound crazy but get the images out of your head about what you think meditation is and read about it.also, valerian root extract is good to take. pure encapsulations has a very inexpensive and great product line which includes this. you can't buy in store so if you need more info, let me know.sleeping problems are hard to diagnose (like headaches) and so you shouldn't attempt to do so on your own. Seek a professional if those two pieces of advice don't work. When considering the professional to go through, think of a chiropractor because a lot of the time, the problem is with the nerves. You might be in sympathetic overdrive (fight / flight).
