Question: Problems Sleeping?I am a very light sleeper and awake by people walking around the house. I go to bed at 10:30-11:pm and am usually woken up by someone walking around upstairs at 12:00am, then 1am, then 2am..then it takes me another hours to fall asleep again. I wake up in the morning at 6:30 am and am completely exhausted..I cant keep going on like this. Any one have any ideas on how I can sleep a whole night through without waking up from everyone walking around.
Answer: Have you tried an over the counter sleep aid, such as diphenhydramine (commonly found in Benadryl, etc.)? Even taking half a tablet may make a difference in helping you stay asleep through the night. It has helped me in the past.I have also heard that Melatonin, which is a supplement, works wonders for a good night's rest.
