Question: Am suffering from Hypothyroidism and Hypocortisolism acute insomnia and also signs of depression?Was operated on, for a pituitary tumor transseptal - 9 yrs ago - am a male 61 yrs of age, retired after normal service - sedentary life style - i walk a lot - read -sing choral music. Want some alternate medicine/remedy preferably ayurvedic
Answer: I think the symptoms of depression are caused by the Hypothyroidism.This ailment affects the psychological condition.You should regulate you thyroid in order to feel better.Don't use medicines for depression, but medicines for the Hypothyroidism.I think this two are combined.In effect people with Hypothyroidism get easily tired ,feel cold and are not in a good mood.
