Question: Has anyone experienced bad side effects with Unisom (sleep aid)?I've been using Unisom very often lately, since I'm a troubled sleeper and otherwise wouldn't get much sleep. Has anyone used it and experienced side effects, addiction......?
Answer: Yeah, me too, I started useing it awhile back, a couple of years ago actually. But before I knew it I was taking them faithfully, couldnt even think of bed without popping one first, then I realized I was becoming addicted, didnt know if it was physical addiction or psychological but definetly a problem. Now I use exercise and warm milk
