Answer: Wake up in cold sweat many times each night- Wife complains of "jackhammer snoring" (very loud and jarring)- Wife hears me stop breathing, followed by strangled-sounding inhale- Never wake up refreshed no matter how long I "sleep"- Lots of thrashing arms and legs during sleep- Acid reflux- Falling asleep during day- Symptoms worse (for me) during allergy seasonALL of the symptoms went away when I started using a C-PAP machine regularly, even the acid reflux, even during allergy season.
