Question: Sleep Disorder?ok.. ive been doing some research and have not found the same symtoms as me.. so, i get about 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night and it takes me 20 minutes to an hour to fall asleep, but when i wake up, i am too tired to get up and during the day i am always drowsy and also my memory is bad and i dont know if that has anything to do with it, is there some kind of medication i can take or should i see a doctor? please help.. i am only 17 by the way
Answer: hey im totally in the same boat as you, im 17 and deal with this all the time...it might be an underlying cold or sympton or it might be that you dont exert much energy through the day...maybe after getting done with everything through out the day go for a jog or exercise, and get your energy nice and high then slowly come down from...it might also be a vitamin or iron deficency sounds like
