Question: Sleeping Disorder?I can't sleep at night regardless of how tired or for how many days I've not had any sleep. If I have work in the morning, I feel so bloated maybe due to lack of sleep but once it is evening, I start to feel energised and can't sleep. I've tried not sleeping for 2-3 whole days to change my sleeping pattern but in vain. Recently I bought Melatonin capsules online but it does not seem to help as well...........



Answer: I have suffered from insomnia for more than two years. I have tried several medications, but herbal once like Valerian (pure, or combined with two other herbs), have been the best cure. Slower but more secure, and what is more important - safer. Of course caffeine, alcohol, heavy smoking, physical exercise in the evening, watching much TV, playing TV games, and so on, should be avoided. Don't worry, it passes with time and some care!
