Question: Sleeping problem?I have a sleeping problem. I always wanna sleep. Every morning it is very difficult to wake up. This is disgusting to me. Every time my mind says to me " go to sleep". Because of this i drink coffee and other energy drinks many times a day to avoid from this.Can anyone explain me why this happens & how to avoid this
Answer: You said it yourself buddy. You need to get off the caffeine and especially those energy drinks like "V". Those drinks are a killer! I'm high as a kite after one and get the jitters after they wear off.If you need to have coffee, make your own cos the coffee you get from a cafe is lots higher in caffeine content than the one you make yourself from the supermarket brands at home. I know it tastes like dirt in comparison, but just wean yourself for a week or so.You might find that a day off the caffeine is hard, and you might sweat it through the night, but at least you'll get a good night's sleep after that.
