Question: Sleeping problems?my friends baby will not sleep...she just cries..it isn't like this is just at night it is day and night..today she old slept 3 times for 30 mins each..i have never had this problem before w/ my child..she is breast feeding..could it be something she is eating??? any tips..
Answer: how old is she?I know my son had problems with what I ate up until he was 7 or 8 months and really on solids. So I cut out garlic, most dairy, onions...anything gassy, and he was a lot happier. Sure, it was hard for me, but it was directly related to what I was eating.ETA: I kept a log of what I was eating and when he was getting upset. It was really tedious, but it just showed me that like clockwork, it was certain things I ate. A lot of people laughed at me for being so careful about things, but the happiness of my baby, plus his health and my own sanity made it worth it. I became a big ingredient checker...a lot of things have onions and garlic in them if you read ingredients.
