Question: In the novel Insomnia by Stephen King, there is a reference to The Dark Tower.?It seems that Ralph's whole purpose of existing is to save a little boy who in turn saves someone else linked to the dark tower. My question is: Is the person the little boy saves Roland the gunslinger? Is the boy when he is a teenager in one of The Dark Tower books?
Answer: I haven't read any of the novels in a while, but if I remember correctly, the boy Ralph saves in Insomnia is Patrick from The Dark Tower (The final book in the series).Again, I haven't read any of the books in quite a while, but I seem to remember that Patrick is with Roland when he reaches the Dark Tower. I forget what his final role is in helping Roland.
