Don't think of that .After few days you will get normal sleep. What are you going to achieve by thinking without sleep. Nothing. Be calm. Learn some yoga to keep your mind in normal position. I lay in the bed for 10 hours but I really sleep for 4 hours. I like this as an advantage for my several life saving inventions. I am 63.
