Question: Insomnia is just killing me D:?im a 13 yr old teen.and i think i have insomnia.i usually sleep at 4am and wakes up and around 11am.i developed habit of taking a nap for about 2 hrs.even if i don't sleep,i still sleep late. i can't fall asleep easily like i use to.it takes like 1hr or so to sleep.please help i wanna sleep fast to growD:no medicine!
Answer: I have the same problem. I don't like to take any type of pills which includes sleeping pills. The only natural way I have found to sleep regular hours is to be physically active and eating healthy. I work out every day at the gym or go for a run. I eat healthy food at the right times of the day. By the time bed time rolls around, I am ready to pass out. Plus, I'm nice and fit. Be careful because as you get older this problem will not go away. Many people turn to alcohol because it makes them pass out. Not a good thing!!
